Entering the Windsor 8k could not be easier! There are 3 ways by which you can do this:
1. Online
This is by far the easiest and quickest way to enter. You simply click on the link below fill in the required forms and pay by credit card, it is extremely safe and secure. You will immediately receive an email confirming your entry.
2. Download an Entry Form
You can download an entry form by clicking on the image below. You can then print the form, fill it in, post it to the address on the form and enclose a cheque for the appropriate fee.
3. Request an Entry Form
If you would rather request an entry form from us then you can do so by contacting us either by email:

What do I do if I haven't received my race pack?
The first thing to do is to Contact the Race Hotline. If you do not receive your race pack by race day , then please arrive early on the day and go to the Administration Marquee where you will be issued with a new Race number and timing chip.

I have changed my address since entering, can I change my contact details?
Yes please, it is important to notify us if you change your address as soon as possible. You have access to your registered data. To change any details please go to the link which you will find on your confirmation email that you received when you entered online.

Do you accept group entries?
Yes you can enter a group into the Windsor 8k; you will all need to enter individually but make sure you put your group/team name in the section provided on the form, so that you can all be linked together.
