The R4W Windsor 8k is an event for women only, at all levels of fitness; whether you are a seasoned runner or someone who has just started (or is only just thinking about starting!)

We have a warm welcome waiting for everyone! As you can see from a few of the comments of previous runners below, we are not elitist and we make a point of encouraging first timers; women who have never run before and who may only be able to manage a walk and jog around the course.

So please don’t be deterred by the fear of never having done anything like this before – you will not be alone!

Come along and enjoy the atmosphere and great company – you WILL have a great day!

 Although we encourage everyone to raise money for Breakthrough you can of course raise funds for a charity of your choice.

 On Site On The Day:

  • Free Car Parking.
  • Food outlets including: Hot and cold food, hot and cold drinks, fresh fruit smoothies, confectionary and ice cream vans!
  • Bouncy Castle for the children.
